Where do you ship?
Currently Coppertops only ships to addresses within the UK.

How much does delivery cost?
We always aim to dispatch your items within 21-28 days from payment. However during busier periods this could be extended. Keep up to date on social media regarding latest turnaround times.

*All postage costs include packaging.

We post via Royal Mail, please see below our delivery prices. 

Small item delivery - £3
Standard delivery - £4
Large item delivery - £5/£7

If you live local to Catterick Garrison and would like to collect your order from us please enter the promotion code ‘COLLECTCATTERICK’ at the checkout in order to cancel delivery costs. Once we have received your order we will email you regarding our collection address. Please note that we are based in Catterick Garrison (North Yorkshire) when considering to collect your order from us. 

How long does delivery take?
Quality is incredibly important to us. We are a small team who take the utmost care to create the product you love and our products are made to order, therefore please allow 21-28 days for your order to be dispatched - however during busy periods this may rise. If you need your item by a specific date please send us a message before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. 

What is the returns and cancellations policy?

We ensure all our products are checked before being packaged to make sure they are of a high standard. We do not accept returns as items are made to order unless your item is not fit for purpose. If you receive your order and believe that it is faulty/damaged, please email us within 28 days requesting a refund and we will provide you with further details on how to return your item (You will be asked to provide photos). Please note that all issues are dealt on a case by case basis. Unfortunately we do not offer item exchanges. 

Once payment has been received your order will be started to make sure that it reaches you as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel/change your order please let us know within 12 hours.
