Please read our T&C's carefully before purchasing with Coppertops Homeware. By purchasing with Coppertops Homeware you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website or social media pages.

Privacy Policy

We, Coppertops Homeware are the data controller of your personal information relating to sales. When you place your order either through messaging directly or through our website we will receive your name, email address, your address and any other personal information relating to your order. These details will only be used to process your order. 
The only circumstances in which we will share this information is to produce a Paypal invoice, to process delivery (Royal Mail/Hermes) or to comply with legal or tax obligations.
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services.
Details which you choose to give us over messenger (Instagram, Facebook and email) are kept on these accounts, all accounts are password protected which only Coppertops Homeware are aware of.
We will generally keep your data for no longer than seven years. You have the right to know what data we hold about you or to ask for the data to be deleted or changed.
Your privacy matters to us, our shop has SSL which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. 
If you pay through Paypal your data will be protected by Paypal's privacy policy.

Products & Orders

All orders are handmade to order unless stated we aim to post within 21-28 days from day of order, direct message us if you need your order sooner we will try our best to accommodate. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue without any notice at any time. 
We have made every effort to photograph accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We can't guarantee that your computers screen resolution of any colour will be accurate. 
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 
All postage costs include packaging. If you can't pay with Paypal, please message or email us to pay via bank transfer.
Please make sure when paying that your address details are correct. Coppertops will not take any responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect details.
Any lost/damaged items will either be replaced or refunded (you will be asked to provide photos) but will be resolved on a case by case basis. All these parcels will be dealt with through email or direct messages on social media.
We ensure all our products are checked before being packaged to make sure they are of a high standard if your item is not how described please contact us and your issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis through email. 
Once payment has been received your order will be started therefore can't be cancelled or changed after 12 hours. 
We do not accept returns as items are made to order unless your item is damaged in postage. Returns address can be attained via email. You are responsible for your returns parcel until it arrives so please make sure it is packaged and sent appropriately. Coppertops Homeware will not be responsible for lost returns parcels.

Enter ‘COLLECTCATTERICK’ at the checkout when ordering our collection only products. And once we have received your order we will email you regarding our collection address. Please note that we are based in Catterick Garrison (North Yorkshire) when considering ordering a collection only product.  

Gift Cards

1. Valid online at coppertopshomeware.co.uk or via Customer Services only

2. Non-transferable

3. Please note the full amount on the Gift Voucher can be redeemed on one order only.

4. Outstanding order value must be paid via credit or debit card for any orders which exceed the voucher balance.

5. No change or refund will be given.

6. The Gift Voucher will automatically expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

7. We regret that we are unable to extend Voucher expiry dates or re-issue replacements. 

8. The Gift Voucher can not exchanged for cash. 

9. Coppertops cannot accept responsibility for your Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.

10. Coppertops reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the Gift Card at any time. Your legal rights are not affected.
